About me

My name is Daniela Frongia, also known as Caisarts. I was born in Sardinia, Italy in 1979 and I’m a digital illustrator with over 10 years of professional experience. My passion for drawing began at the age of 5 with Disney characters and later expanded to the world of anime. I graduated from Art School and gained various art work experiences before moving to London, UK where I held my first personal art exhibition.

As I continued to explore my artistry, I discovered the digital world, which provided me with more flexibility as I love to travel. Now, it is easier for me to work from anywhere with just my Wacom Cintiq. I enjoy working in a vast variety of artistic branches, including children’s book illustration, book cover artworks, greetings cards, and character design.

Throughout the years, I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with great authors and book publishers, and I’ve also had the opportunity to work as a character designer with a major animation studio, Prime Focus World. In 2019 and 2022, my work was published in “Be Artist,” a French magazine (by the teams of ImagineFX). The magazine featured eight pages dedicated to my interview, my drawings, and some tutorials.
